CABSE joins with several organizations to urge the California Caucus to fight to protect the fiscal stability of our state’s education system. Specifically, we suggest that Congress look to the $100 billion in education funding provided in the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act as a model and consider that many economists predict COVID-19 will have a more deleterious and swift impact than the Great Recession.
